●50% of payment is required for all reservations at time of booking.
●The remaining 50% will be charged at check-in.

Refund Policy:
●Full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in
●If booked within 30 days: full refund within 48 hours (if at least 14 days before check-in)
●50% refund up to 7 days before check-in
●No refunds within 7 days
